SERVICES
As your birth doula, I’m here to provide compassionate guidance and encouragement, helping you feel confident, informed, and supported throughout your journey.
Prenatal Visits
Prenatal visits are a special time for us to get to know one another, talk through your birth preferences, and prepare you with helpful information for pregnancy, labor, and birth. During our time together, we may incorporate practical preparation techniques for welcoming your baby. It is also a time where we can talk openly about any questions or worries so you can move toward birth feeling informed, prepared, supported, and confident.
Labor
I’ll be there to support you throughout labor with a steady, reassuring presence. As your labor unfolds, I’ll adjust my support to meet your changing needs, offering guidance and comfort measures along the way. My role is to support both you and your partner, create a safe and encouraging space for your experience, and remind you of your own strength so you can approach each moment with confidence and connection.
Postpartum
Following your baby’s arrival, I’ll remain with you for approximately 1–2 hours, providing gentle support as you rest, recover, and begin those first special moments together. Within 3–5 days after birth, I’ll also come to your home for a postpartum visit where we can check in, talk through any questions or concerns, and support you as you settle into life with your new baby.
